      My Sjorgen’s symptoms definitely get worse so I put eye drops & sunglasses before I go out. I feel like the sun lifts my spirits so much & I’m excited to go out, then when I go out, I’m instantly exhausted

        @Laila11 I have Sjögren’s too. 😥

      I have Sjogren’s and my eyes are so dry I have to wear a hat and sunglasses in winter and summer. My SLE flares have been difficult to predict, but they do happen more often in the summer/sunnier months.

      I always go out with a hat on and sunglasses, but yes I can’t be in the sun long!!
