Suffocating in My Sleep: What's Happening to Me?

Sometimes I suffocate in my sleep even though nothing is on my face. It relates tp my dreams too, in which my throat is closing up or I'm being choked. I always wake up with anxiety and I gasp when this happens.

If you have sleep apnea, and not using a machine to help you breath, you are destroying your brain cells. Not good.
