Suffering from Unexplained Symptoms

I am deeply suffering. End of August is what started the further downfall of my health, with these random blackout spells that turned into full on lightheadedness all the time a few weeks later. On top of that I have these horrible headaches and ear pain, body aches all over including my joints, brain fog, random nausea, a numbness that over takes my body, chest pain, and sometimes I feel short of breath. I also notice I feel hot pretty much all the time but I don't think it's a fever and my throat is usually sore and I cough a bit. I have no idea what is wrong and doctors are in the middle of testing which so far has only revealed my heart rate drops when I stand. If anyone can relate or might have some advice or can help please reach out. Being sick constantly is starting to deteriorate my mind, I'm crying alot and I feel pretty much hopeless.
