Sudden Weather Changes are Making Me Extremely Sick

where I live, the weather is going from the 40s to 70s in just a few days. the weather is causing flareups and making me extremely sick. I don't know what to do between the actual sickness and the pain.

I have the hardest time living in New England the weather is so crazy. One day it’s 15 degrees next day it’s 45! And it rains a lot, really takes a toll on my energy level and pain. I feel your pain

When I know the weather is going to change drastically the next day I try to find ways to equalize that temperature inside, a hot bath, a cold shower, ect. So that I can transition myself a little bit before I get my world rocked the next day
