Sudden Onset Pain Below the Belly Button

Has anyone else experienced sudden onset pain directly below the belly button? It started out always in the middle, I'd get this intense pain that would make me curl up and cry and then it'd be gone in anywhere between 2-10 minutes. It tends to start in my back now and then moves to the front, but always in the middle. Sometimes it's so debilitating that I just sit staring at the ceiling trying to keep breathing and not pass out until it subsides. None of the doctors are taking me seriously. It happens most often with stress or when I have to do stuff quickly, which I think is probably because my torso holds a lot of tension when I'm stressed or focused. Overall it sucks and I'm real tired of it.
