I always get nauseous before I’m going to have a bowel movement. Is this the same for you? It’s my stomachs way of telling me it’s time to go I guess. I hope you figure out what’s wrong and feel better!

Some of my IBS symptoms are nausea and vomiting, of course medication doesn’t really help with that 😞 the only thing I could that helped was hot mint tea or just letting myself be sick.

Have you tried nausea prescriptions?

I get nauseous before a bowel movement too , what the heck is that!?!? My problem is I’ve had IBS since I was seven and I’m 51 now. I’ve never been able to find a good G.I. doctor. No one listens, no one understands, no one even tries.

@Jenh Woah!! I’m so sorry that you’ve been having to deal with this for so long, especially when you haven’t been able to find a good doctor. I’m 18 and was diagnosed only a few years ago. But yeah, why do our bodies do this? It’s so weird!!
