Sudden Itchiness - Any Advice?

Yes sometimes I do it annoying

not out of nowhere but itchy constantly from small fiber neuropathy

I have itched on and off for years but I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and even though there is no psoriasis, I itch everywhere but especially my scalp right at the crown. I take hydroxyzine, It is usually for anxiety. It helped with 20 msg but now it is not working and I take 60 some nights

I started with having my ears itch like crazy; also my head and my face. I've found out recently that itchy ears happens with menopause. This is another "fun" fact; it is hormonal in nature.
