Sudden Headaches: Anyone Else?

✋ Yes I get mine daily and can last anything upto 30 seconds to a day or two....but I have to mostly sleep it off then they aren't as severe after a nap.

Yes,usually from dehydration and allergies

Yes, definitely me. And it's not that I suffer from migraine but when it hits it hits bad

I do. I forgot what my neurologist calls them but I get injections in the back of my head for them. I also take med to prevent them and some med to stop them in case I can't get there to get the injections right away.

If they are migraine is hard to treat without migraine med. if they are not migraine could be stress, anxiety, atmospheric pressure. So you have to see why you have them and after try to solve stress, anxiety or other issues. Go for a walk, any exercise helps, blood pressure is an other problem that can affect you depend which area hurts. Take care. I use to have a lot of headaches and start taking some vitamins called RELiV and I am pain free.
