Sudden Elbow Pain - Need Advice

so my right elbow has started hurting ever since i woke up today. something feels very Wrong about it, it hurts/is uncomfortable to bend it or stretch my arm out. im unsure if i somehow subluxated it in my sleep. it feels kinda like it needs to crack, but it can't, and also feels uncomfortable if i try. any ideas what it could be?

My elbows sublux pretty much every night when I sleep and that's exactly what it feels like- unfortunately I'm not sure how to relocate them so I end up just waiting for them to go back on their own most of the time.

i tried using a massage gun on my elbow and it seemed to help a bit? so thats something that kinda works HAHA
