do anyone else ever just get stuck in your head? and if so, what do you to get out?

      yeah, and sometimes it feels hard to snap out of. i try to just ground myself. i heard focusing on 3 things you can hear, see, and smell helps.

      I journal, do meditation, a little yoga.. But even that doesn’t get me to 100% out of it

      something i like to do besides these great suggestions is overthink. i like alan watts' talks about double binds so if i want to think less I'll try to think really fast to tire myself out

      I agree with Grey0624 I usually will try and talk to someone but if I can't do that then I'll write out what I'm feeling or recently I've been doing speech to text so I can get everything out but have it written as well I hope that helps ❤️
