Struggling with Zoloft and Mood Stabilizers

Lately I’ve been feeling like my Zoloft isn’t helping. I’m on the highest dosage. It worked at first but now I think I need to up my mood stabilizer. What kind of meds are you on or what works best for you?

I’m on Prozac and Depakote. They both compliment each other, and it keeps the stable much longer with only few mixed episodes. Depakote requires lab work though

I’m on Lithium but it’s upset by coffee. I actually cry sometimes because of coffee.

I’m in a huge cocktail and I am tipping out of Zoloft at 150. It has done nothing for me. I don’t know where to turn next on an antidepressant. I’m on lithium as a mood stabilizers at the highest level my body can handle, 1200mg. I’m reaching the end of my med run I think. They are not helping much

Zoloft was the first medication I tried and it didn’t work, I was on the highest dose, just gave me tremors. Now I’m on a cocktail of lamictal, abilify, viibryd, and aplenzin. It works pretty well for me.
