      @Dazz1975 I have no actual motivation either. It's all thought processes. And I would have to do it alone. I have found if I have a workout buddy I do better

      When I had to change jobs because of my pain I didn't realize how much the little bit of walking I did helped keep my weight down a tiny bit. I've put on about 15 or so pounds since May. This is the heaviest I've ever been. I get the struggle. I want to exercise but have no energy to, yet "they" say if you exercise you'll get energy. Catch 22

        @sorenachy for me it's about motivation and stay ability. The support I get from family isn't the best either

      šŸ˜„I feel the same this time around. I am at the heaviest I have ever been and itā€™s making it hard to have energy to do a lot to really nip this In the butt.
