Struggling with Weight Loss, Need Advice

Any recommendations for how to lose weight? I feel like intermittent fasting, “diet programs” I’ve tried (Isagenix, It Works!), and calorie tracking don’t really do anything for me.

I've had a bad relationship with food for a long time in part because of my PCOS and in part because of my mom's poor relationship with food and I've really connected with a registered dietitian on YouTube and her approach to food - her name is Abbey Sharp. She also has some blog posts on suggestions for PCOS (and I guess she has dietitian friends who specialize in PCOS and they say it can actually do more harm than good to diet to lose weight with PCOS?). For me personally Ive found a couple of her specific recommendations helpful - I try to eat more complex carbs like whole wheat bread that have lots of fiber in them, and I've upped my intake of protein and healthy fats and that tends to keep me fuller longer, and has really reduced the cravings I get for carbs and sugar from the PCOS. I'm losing weight slowly but I also don't feel like I'm starving myself and I'm not doing my usual binge-restrict cycle where I eat really "healthy" for a couple weeks and then crash and eat a ton of food in a couple days because my body is hangry 😅
