✋ same here! It tears me up inside. I feel utterly useless because I can't exercise or do what I used to be capable of doing. Then I get disgusted with myself for gaining all this weight. It's a vicious cycle. I wish I knew what to do, or how to stop it.

It is the worst feeling. I feel like I'm stuck. I need my medication but the weight gain bothers me so much. I can't do things i use to. It's so frustrating!

Honestly could of written this myself. It's such a frustrating hamster wheel 😔 I wish I had something helpful to suggest but I'm struggling to find a way myself. I wad intermittently on a treadmill at home but I have literally no energy to do anything & all my joints hurt so bad. A previous doctor recommended swimming as the body is lighter in the water & can be a good way to use all your muscles but it's finding the energy 😴 Hope you find something that works for you, you're not alone ❤️

water therapy is great! But, you're right, finding the energy to do it is hard. It's not only the energy for the swim, it's finding the energy for driving to the pool, getting into a swimsuit, exercising, and then having to shower afterward. It's too much all at once.
