Struggling with Weight Loss due to Insulin Resistance

I (19f) am so tired of trying to lose weight due to my insulin resistance. I have lost 30 pounds and need to lose 20 more pounds to be at my ideal weight of 127 lbs (that is what I weighed before Insulin Resistance took over my life). The problem is, even though I’m losing weight I don’t look or feel any thinner. I’m not toned, I’m still “thick,” and as a full time college student and full time employee who goes to the gym EVERY DAY, I am exhausted. I would love to be toned and fit, but I am tired, hungry, and feel like I’m going in circles. I mostly just needed to vent, but any advice is appreciated 💓🥲

I know how you feel. I’ve been struggling for 4 years with pcos weight issues. Have you tried metformin?

yes I have, I currently take it. 💕 Thank you for reaching out! I mostly just struggle with body image after going up three sizes in a little over a year, it’s hard to see myself any smaller than my biggest regardless of the weight I’ve lost
