Struggling with Weight Loss and Pain

I'm still trying to lose weight bit it's so hard. I deit very well but it doesn't help me lose weight it just stops me from gaining weight. I need to exercise more. I try and can usually go a month walking an hour everyday but then the pain is too much. I tried chair exercise but that only resulted in even more pain. The pain isn't caused by the walking one is caused by the pain in my neck and shoulder which causes numbness in my right side, the second is my random body pain that migrates like muscle cramps and spasms, and last is fake pain that feels like I'm being stabbed or burned. I joined a dancersize class and it was the same. Does anyone else feel like their pain increases when they exercise but isn't related to type of movements you're doing?
