Struggling with Weight Loss and Body Image

I want and need to lose weight so badly for my physical and mental health. dieting makes me want binge and body weight scales are triggering, but not knowing for sure whether I'm losing weight or not gives me so much fear and I lose hope. I'm stuck and I don't know how to get out and all I do is dig the hole deeper

I just started intermittent fasting. At moment doing ok but real worried when I finish fast and eat as I could easily binge.

Maybe keep using the scale every morning. But instesd of trying to lose weight, try to find the eating level to remain constant. Then after a couple months, try to cut just enough calories out to drop .5 pound a week. See how that works for you.

Honestly, I weigh myself every single day. I have to keep track of it. I do keep in the front of my mind that weight can fluctuate from day to day, especially if I eat something salty.
