Struggling with Weight Issues and Will Power

I’m in pretty good health for my age but have struggled all my life with weight issues. To help with overall health & arthritis I want to lose at least 10 lbs. but can’t seem to control will power. I have many foods I’m allergic too and most are healthy. Any suggestions?

You can go to the gym. Our gym as a pool so i want to do water type workouts but its extra money and with the dumb virus the gym isnt really open.

Ape cider vinegar tea I make half hour before breakfast and bedtime. They say 3x a day. I do it 2x. Hot water 1tsp apple cider vinegar, 1tsp lemon and 1 tsp honey. Add water teabag you want if you need 1. So I've learned fat burns fat. So meat is fine it's the breads pastas sugars that kept me from losing weight. I started doing this and losing weight then walking. I've been over weight most of my life. It made me sick and miserable. A pool is easy on your joints and will help. Just move more everyday. I also started going off alot of meds. Still have to take steroids for Addisons. I've lost 50lbs since Aug. If I can do it anyone can ...🤗

I wanna believe anyone can do it, however I've always struggled with losing weight. Unless I literally starve myself I don't lose weight. Walking makes me gain muscle and water weight, I put in less than I put out, I eat mostly protein and fruits and veggies when I'm actively trying to lose weight, I've tried the apple cider, nothing seems to work

Try cutting out meat (all meat, chicken, fish, etc.) and dairy and eggs. Even if just for a 30 day trial… you’ll def loose some weight!
