Struggling with Weight and Depression

Hey I'm Em. I struggle with my weight and pretty much always have. It has led to depression in some ways. I don't know if I just struggle with the motivation to try or keep trying 😕

I would say don't ever stop trying and being active exercise and eat healthy not only for weight loss but it's a healthy lifestyle. And good for your health. That will also help your depression not to keep trying to loose weight and failing but living a healthy lifestyle will. Your depression can also get bad with a poor self image of yourself and a bad self esteem can cause you to feel bad about yourself and feed the depression. Try to except yourself the way you are.

I’ve always been big to I started loosing weight when I became a school bus driver and forcing myself to be more active.but what makes me loose motivation is the doctors always telling me it my weight that’s the problem when the more I loose the sicker I get.
