I constantly see triggers during the day and at work, I don’t know how to cope seeing them. I haven’t had a bad attack in a while but I would love some advice.

If you have the chance to go somewhere alone after, I would and use that to practice grounding and noticing feelings. Just getting yourself back into your thinking brain as soon as possible to help you regulate. Is there any way to remove the triggers? Can you talk to anyone at work to help you? For me personally, I find it easier to avoid triggers until I can muster the strength to switch to my thinking brain in the moment as they happen. I wish the best for you ❤️
