I really hate taking my medicine as I was on a pill for depression for awhile that made me physically sick for awhile as a side effect and now I think my mind associates pills with vomiting because it grosses me out to even see medicine and I gag when taking it. I know I need to get over this and I am working on it but is there any other ways to also get a lot of Vitamin D besides pills?

      Sun helps sometimes. Like Mop said. But not always, you really have to be out baking to get a large dose. Which isn't good to do with psych meds. But I agree with the above too. Gummies are good. I know it's doesn't taste great all the time but there are also drops and liquid vitamins.

      I have vitamin d deficiency as well. There are vitamin d gummies that taste ok. I ordered mine on Amazon as I didn’t see any at target or cvs

      There is being out in the sun, if possible, although that doesn't seem to help my levels at all for some reason. There may also be gummies, but I'm not sure
