I've had to limit my diet for years, and when it started getting worse I had to start medication. My symptoms are really affected by anxiety and stress so getting that treated (more meds and therapy) has helped a lot in the last year.

My symptoms got better when I did Fodmap. They have recently gone back to the way they were prior because I just eat whatever I want now. :/

I have to agree. It’s been a challenge and I’m only able to get it to a reasonable result. Mine is every morning but what works for me is almost guaranteed not to work for you. You will be experimenting with diets first. That may be your key to success.

its honestly a process of finding what works for u n what doesnt just try and have patience on yourself and your body i know it sucks when the results r not immediate but also try practicing mindful activities so to answer your question yes and no 😂
