Struggling with Suicidal Thoughts while Taking Adderall

Has anyone else struggled with Suicidal ideation and the like when taking Adderall? I've tried it twice now and both times I got so bad I had to stop cold turkey. I feel like doctors are so quick to prescribe this one and it concerns me, so I was wondering if it is just me or is this more of a universal experience or even something that others have too.

      Adderall has been known to induse depression and Suicidal Ideation in AHDH patients....... I had asked my doctor to find me a new med, and kit kind of helps better than Adderall. But that's just with me, though.

      I didn't have suicidal ideation but it did screw with my emotional regulation to the point I was always pissed off. Not fun in the 5th grade. If your doctor keeps prescribing it after you've told them it makes things worse than you need a new doctor.

      Not sure if the Adderall makes it worse but adhd comes with suicidal ideation

        @Adrian587 I've struggled with depression and suicidal ideation in general, however when I took Adderall it increased to a dangerous level.
