**Vent** I've been having some suicidal thoughts lately, and I don't have an appointment with my therapist until in two weeks, so I thought I could talk to my mom about it. She just shook it off, as if it was a daily thing. I just felt bad I dumped my stupid thoughts on her, she seemed tired from work. I need to talk to someone, but my dad's tired from work and so is my mom, and it feels weird to discuss this with my brothers. I've just been holding out until I can talk to my therapist again

@IAmTired247 Thank you so much for your advice! I do have a wide collection of plushies who were really good listeners when I was a kid. I'll have to take them out again I decided to call my therapist today and see if I can reschedule soon, just waiting to hear back from her. Thanks again!

This may be a stupid idea but it has helped me in the past so it may help you. If you have objects, like toys, plushies, even pillows, maybe set them up and talk to them. Crazy? Yes it is to people who don't understand. It has helped me when I couldn't afford therapy and I also talked to my animals too. I'm sorry you feel like you can't reach out to anyone in your family and I hope your week gets better soon or you can get into therapy faster (IE cancelled happens and you get offered to schedule in earlier). Sending good thoughts your way and good vibes. If you are religious then sending prayers too. It's close to my bedtime (9:40pm for me right now) and I am a random stranger on the internet but if you wanna talk, the offer to go chat is there in the open for you 🤗 Wishing you the best 😊
