I'm so so sick of being suicidal. This is ridiculous. I called my psychiatrist and let her know but I still don't have an appointment to see her. I'm just so tired

      I would always reccomend calling a crisis line if you are feeling actively suicidal and can’t find help elsewhere. It can feel embarrassing sharing that but remember that the people are there exactly for you to share it. They are there to help talk to you. You don’t even have to talk about that you can just talk to someone and feel a connection. 800-273-8255 is the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. They also have a chat feature online if you’d prefer that to talking on the phone. ❤️

      I'm very sucidial too. I find that meditation helps me. I get lost in my own head. I try to think of nothing and it works

      I know how it is. It's a constant thing running through your head. There is always a crisis line to call that can give you support until you can get to a doctor. You can just call them and talk. If not message me on here. I might not answer during the daytime since I work a night job, but we can chat here and there.
