I am currently having a huge problem with sleep and I don't know if it's my adhd or if it's insomnia not yet diagnosed. I find it incredibly hard to slow down and go to sleep at night even when I was working all day. I am able to stay up for 5 days straight and my body still won't let me sleep. I was fine with this before because I could manage but now I'm living with my feonce and he is nurotipical, he is very understanding and honesty I couldn't ask for anyone better but it's aggravating because while I toss and turn trying to go tf to sleep I end up waking him up when he has to get up in the morning. I tried cutting caffeine out of my life entirely not only for sleep but also for heart problems but it helped neither issue even tho I did it for months on end. my type of adhd makes it wear caffeine makes me tired so I tried to drink caffeine to go to sleep and while I felt tired after I still couldn't go to sleep. if anyone has any suggestions at all please share them. Thanks.

      Try Delta 8 or CBD It helps me a lot not just going to sleep but also thought the day it helps me stay awake focus and keep my ticks maguble but please be sure to do plenty of research on it and on each individual company used from. There are some bad companys out there that put stuff that can hurt u in there product so be sure to do ur research that and depending on the form u take cart form con would be the coffing just drink something emitly after the gummy form taste might not always be the best just cut it up and take it like pills and drink something emitly after
