hey guys, I'm kinda struggling so I was wondering if yall could help a homeboy out. I've been having a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, and not having wretched nightmares. I tend to wake up in my bed in a cold sweat after a nightmare because of how real they feel, and it's every night. The only place I can stay asleep at is on my couch or next to my electronic fireplace, but I don't understand why. I don't have any PTSD or trauma linked to my bed, couch, or fireplace, so what's happening?
