Anyone else struggle getting consistent sleep and not wanting to get up?

      That's me. I struggle to sleep at night. Then I can usually get a few solid hours in the morning. But I work early mornings, and when I don't work, I feel guilty I'm "wasting my day" I'm currently trying to find ways to make a better sleep pattern.

      yea, i cant get tired until 2-4am unless i’m high, then i can fall asleep around 10pm-12am. i don’t wake up until 12-2pm in a daily basis.

      Yes! I have really bad insomnia so I can’t fall asleep easily but when I do I wake up in a couple hours. It’s really hard getting up in the morning. I’ve been late to work many times because I’m so exhausted 😣

        @NiqueMK I’ve missed appointments due to it not to mention sleeping all day feels awful

          @Jan_Marie and disrupts your sleep cycle. I was so sleep deprived at one point that I started having mild hallucinations. And I still have a hard time focusing… Typically I use cbd to help but if I use it too regularly my body builds a tolerance and I have to switch it up a lot. Do you take anything to help?

      Always. I’m a mom of a toddler and not until taking a nightly 5mg melatonin did I find some relief.
