How do I stop myself from either sleeping all day or staying up all night? Also, if I may, what do you guys do when you're stuck in that loop of not eating and sleeping, then eating everything and having a sugar rush/crash?

When I can’t sleep I get up. I do something until my eyes feel tired. Staying in bed with insomnia is the worst. I try to stretch or read or use duolingo— that’s last because of avoiding screens Sometimes getting up and organizing my drawers and stuff also helps I get to feel all productive and hours go by Sunlight first thing, like get up at a certain time get fifteen minutes of sunlight and if it still sucks go back to sleep
@thatsjustthewayIam thank you so much for this. I'll see about trying to do my dishes last in the day to get me tired. God bless
Have you tried a little bit of caffeine in the morning like 9 and split your work and then one nighttime comes do stuff that makes you sleepy! Definitely no phone or computer, you have to disengage yourself from electronics and try listening to something not metal like I do! And try reading to get you sleepy and trying to go to bed by 10 or 11 and try not to take naps during the day. Hope this helps a little, I have a different problem I stay up wicked late and wake up after five hours of sleep and I'm up for the day and I also take sleep meds. Hope it evens out for you soon

One suggestion is to split up your day and do your work in 3 parts, napping between each part. This can help manage extreme fatigue. Eating small meals throughout the day instead of big ones can also help you feel more alert and avoid feeling tired after a meal. Drinking water regularly and eating something salty with it can help you stay hydrated and not hungry without the sleepiness that comes after a big meal. For managing binge eating at night, having a routine on when to eat, portioning out snacks, and eating a snack before bed can help prevent binging. Chewing gum or eating lollipops or other things that take a long time to eat can also help manage urges to binge eat.
