Struggling with Severe Sciatica Pain and Limited Mobility

I had sciatica two years ago, I immediately dropped 70lb of my weight, started to walk 10k step a day and resistance train 3-5 days a week. But, out of the blues the pain got crazier to a degree I couldn't stand or sit. I had laminactomy without fusion at L4/L5 five months ago, the herniation was mild, and despite all of that my pain got worse and I'm not able to sit or stand longer than 10 minutes. I had a bulging at c3/c4 and my neck flared up after my lumbar surgery and now I feel I came to a dead end, my life is falling apart, not able to work or perform daily activities or even enjoy watching a movie while seated!
