Struggling with Severe Gluten Sensitivity: Feeling Robbed of Life

It's been 1.5 years since I caught on to the fact that I have a problem with gluten. Since then, my level of sensitivity has gotten so severe that it's nearly impossible to manage fully. For example it's so bad that if someone eats a cracker, shakes my hand and I bite my nail, I'll have a flare up that lasts for about 3 days. Multiple times of exposure will have my body reacting as if it has food poisoning for an entire week. I can't even use my own microwave or non-metal cooking utensils anymore, no matter how often I clean them. it would be one thing if it was only a matter of stomach pain, but every little gluten-containing molecule affects me from head to toe; mentally, physically...I feel like I've been robbed of more than half my life in the last year. I'm at a loss as to how to coexist with this disease. I can't imagine doing this for the rest of my life.
