Struggling with Self-Injury and Fear of Losing Custody
im really struggling lately with SI. like my brain is creating a future plan to end it when my kids get older. like a 10 yr plan. I cant seem to snap out of it but im to scared to tell my doctors because I know what they will do and fear that they will take my kids and there abusive father will gain custody. I feel stuck.
