Struggling with Seborrheic Dermatitis and IBS

Hey All I’ve been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis for a year and a half now and Ibs for 8 months. Both symptoms have thankfully improved a lot. The sd was caused by stress I believe due to a tightly clenched jaw. I had tmj but when I loosened my jaw I found a significant reduction in my anxiety and dermatitis pain. The ibs i believe is holding the dermatitis hostage because of the brain gut skin connection. If anyone has any remedies on how to get rid of ibs or manage it better that would be appreciated. I’ve used miralax, a cocktail of probiotics, Peppermint oil, L glutamane, Prilosec, Tums you name it. Is there anything else I could try?

Hi, sounds like you are taking the right meds. My recommendation and what really helped me deal with it was to add proper nutrition and a healthier menu that a nutritionist built for me. I gave up coffee, alcohol, spicy foods, and all kinds of other things that would have intensified the stomach pains. In addition, physical activity also helped me a lot.
