I have been feeling really overwhelmed as of lately. My PTSD episodes have been getting me lately and I have been flinching over every sudden move. I've been trying to use my usual coping skills to just breathe through it but nothing is working. Can someone help?

      my favorite coping skill is this: find an object in the room for every color in the rainbow. red first, then orange, you know the rest. it really helps me feel grounded.
