Struggling with PTSD and Losing My Service Dog

I just found out not long ago I have PTSD and my therapist is trying her best with me but everything just seems to be getting worse with going out alone, in public and I had to retire my service dog I feel boxed in

I was in therapy but had to quit because it was too intense for me at the time with everything going on in my life but from what was explained to me everything is going to get worse before it gets better. Try it out and stick with it. It's going to be hard, even unbearable at times, but you got this! Stay strong!

Out of nowhere in broad daylight pulled from my car beaten to unconscious All for car theft. The assailant was apprehended and is in jail, but this brings me no peace. I don't understsnf why.

I suffer from anxiety when there is alot of people in one pace ot fills like people are closeing in one my support dog rarely goes with me because she is getting old what helps me is thinking positive things like its going to be ok this is just for a few minutes or i am OK i got this
