Struggling with PMDD and PMS during my period
Well it’s storm time 🙄 I started my period today after being a week and a half late and I can feel the PMDD kicking in along with the regular PMS 🤦🏼♀️ I’m in so much pain and the mood swings are terrible. I wish work places would allow women to have Atleast 3 days each month off with pay for this crap
