Struggling with Physical Symptoms and Anxiety

I did too. But I never had panic attacks before so the doctor referred me to a cardiologist and wants to check me for rheumatoid arthritis 🤷🏾‍♀️

A doctor appointment is always good to rule out actual physical medical problems. However my anxiety causes symptoms in almost every area of my body. My new one is I start shiver and shaking as if I’m freezing when I get anxious.

I feel like this a lot, Im so sorry. the best advice I can give is to go in to see your PCP and get a physical, and after they tell you you're all good you'll feel a lot better. also remember to be assertive with your doctors to make sure they check everything that you're concerned about. sometimes they can be very manipulative and demeaning to make you feel like you're crazy
