Struggling with OAB: How do I cope?

I'm new to this. I've been struggling with oab for about 8+ months now. I finally went to my PCP about 1 1/2 months ago. It's such a struggle at night because I take sleep meds and don't know when I have to go and when I have accidents I get so embarrassed! Sometimes I just want to cry and don't know how I'm going to keep on! My mental health isn't doing well because of it either. How do other people cope?!
