How can I stop nausea? I'm new on Venlafaxine 37.5mg and I'm in a cycle of being so nauseous I can't eat, but then being nauseous because I'm hungry, and can't find a balance and I'm just not eating much right now at all

I take a pepcid with it. It has taken away the stomach upset.

Ask the Dr for zofrane, helps with nausea. You may need to change meds

One suggestion from a user was to get a prescription of ondansetron, which helped them with nausea. Another user suggested eating an hour before taking the medication and not eating for two or three hours after. It was also recommended to make sure you are eating a substantial meal with each dose of medication. Some users found that their nausea subsided over time or when they lowered their dosage. Additionally, medications like Zofran and Compazine were suggested for managing nausea.
