Struggling with Nausea and Lightheadedness

Hey 👋🏻 I joined this app to get a little more insight from those who may know better than I do about what I’m struggling with. Basically, the past few months I’ve been nauseated most of the time, I have a hard time keeping food down much less wanting to eat even when I am hungry. Just in the past two weeks or so I have been very lightheaded when I stand up or shift my weight too fast and lose my vision temporarily. It’s all just getting to a point where I know I need some help and to pick up some healthier habits

It could be any number of things. Ask for a complete medical workup. That mean extensive blood work.Possible heart tests, kidney analysis, ect. I don't mean to alarm you, but, if you're at the point of temporarily loosing your vision, you need to seek medical attention, yesterday. They will start off with blood pressure check, temperature, the standard office visit, starting with intake nurse. Please keep us posted.

I’ve been have digestive problems for almost 2months. I finally went to see my Dr. Burping, nausea, 3bms a day, gas and pain well he says IBS so now taking fiber pills. We will see if this works. I say if you are dizzy may need to drink more water. It is a try this or that and see. Could be anemic. Cold hands or feet? Itching?

I know that I am anemic, and I think the dizziness has been getting worse because I haven’t been eating as much. Someone suggested an anti-nausea med which may be the answer to eating a normal amount again and getting everything back on track

I’ve never tried acupuncture, will definitely give it a try! But I will say after initially making this post I’ve been forcing myself to eat more and the dizziness has subsided by a lot. Still when I turn my head too fast I’ll feel a little light headed, but I appreciate all the advice I’ve been given!

I have IBS.I do get light headed and weak after an "episode",due to extreme loss of fluids all at once.Ill take my script.Potassium just to replenish the effects. But,you still need further exam.

First off, drink water to hydrated. Secondly, if your having a hard time eating, start with something really basic like broth and crackers. Another is drink V8.

definitely has been, a lot of my close friends/family have come down recently, but this is more of a personal issue having to do with my appetite and lack of physical exercise 🥴
