Struggling with My Eating Habits

Some days..I can eat couple meals...some days I don't eat at all.. some days all I eat is sweets...and some days I over eat. I wish I had a good eating schedule..

Hi, I think the right way to control eating is to create an orderly menu that you try to stick to. This way you can make sure that you eat healthy and that you eat well. I went to a nutritionist specifically to make me such a menu in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
