TW. Mention of ED. My eating disorder has been weighting on me heavily here lately...sometimes it's all I can think of. I know It's an issue. I know I need the help I'm just not ready yet. I had rice and water today because I'm just to afraid to eat anything else. Again I know this is an issue. I've told my thearpist already. Multiple times idk if she doesn't know what to do about it or if she thinks its not as bad as it seems. I feel so alone in this. So so so alone.
