Struggling with Motivation Today

I enjoy using an app on my phone called note pad plus it gives me the ability to create a to do list and create reminder notes

I found having structure and to do list helps. Having 1 main goal to achieve helped me. I would identify my number 1 priority for the day and reward myself by checking it off my to do list.

Welcome. I've been using this app for about a month so far so good. Sometimes you just got to take care of u. The chores will be there. I hope you feel better tomorrow.
