When I have periods where all I want to do is sleep, I try to start by getting in a shower whenever I can, too. That seems to help motivate me. Trying to be outside as much as you can can also help. If you’d like to talk strategy, my inbox is open. I’ve been through that a lot.
Resetting your circadian rhythms would be a great start. There’s a protocol for basically unfucking your sleep called CBT-I (chronic behavioral therapy for insomnia) that has a great app. Basically you try not to sleep during the day (impossible at first, I know; tbh I think if this isn’t attainable then shortening it to an hour or so nap a day is a GREAT improvement) and it talks about how if you can’t sleep, you should try to get up out of bed until you’re tired. Worth looking into!
Find a buddy that u can video call when u need to get something done bf they can keep you motivated and let u know when you’ve went off task
I’m in the same boat.
