Struggling with Motivation and Mental Health

Recently I've lost a lot of motivation. My husband and I are struggling financially, so I wanted to cut back therapy, but since I have my mental health has went down hill. I want to get back to working out and meditating. All I seem to do is what's needed around the house. This has been going on for about a month now. I honestly don't know what to do.

What may be more useful with finances would be to sit down with 3 months of bank statements to see what the money is being spent on and what areas you may be able to cut back in. I also find with my mental health is setting smaller more bite sized goals. For instance, I set a timer for 5 minutes and meditate or stretch for those 5 minutes. If I can keep going beyond that great but if not I know that 5 minutes is a great start and over time I will build on that behavior through repetition.
