Struggling with Mood Swings on Medication

Before being on medication my mood would change constantly. Now that I'm on medication I never know what mood I'm gonna wake up in and stay in. Lately I've just been depressed. I really need some friends...

And I’m feeling the same, medication isn’t working. Been in bed . U need a new dr. This is a serious Nuerological condition that will progress without the right treatment. I should of switched years ago. Ive been reading lies lately in my medical records. U have to read them.

My therapist told me yesterday that it's our thoughts that determine our moods, but sometimes these thoughts are subconscious so we are not even aware of them.
