my misophonia is so bad today. every little noise is bothering me. I can't stand listening to people talk, I can't stand the sound of crinkling packages or the sounds of ice in a cup. and it gets worse when I'm stressed, hungry overwhelmed etc... and of course my family doesn't get it because they don't deal with it. especially my mom, she had the opposite problem. and I also lost one of my wireless earbuds so I only have one so I can't even turn on music to help me does anyone have any ideas on what could help? I have loop earplugs but they dint help me. they tend to amplify some sounds. idk it's weird
