Struggling with Migraines and Work: Needing a Supportive Environment

I recently had to quit my job BC of my migraines (I'm a part time student and was working 35hrs) I kept having to call in sick when I was having migraines and recently got called out for not meeting my sales goals (mainly bc I was never there I'm sure). I'd passed out at work a few times and had to leave early because of the pain. I just wish there was a way for me to get the work environment I need to be able to genuinely do my best work. I had 10 HR shifts with a one hour break for lunch but I need more breaks shorter ones but I had to eat more often than that BC my blood sugar was always low. ig I just don't know how to advocate for myself about things like this, like do I tell my manager? do I mention it at the interview? how much do I tell people?
