Struggling with Mental Illness and Physical Health

I'm a 40 year old single mom of 4. I struggle with bipolar 2, ptsd, panic attacks, GAD, agoraphobia, PCOS, degenerative disc disease in my back, toes & ankles, chronically low vitamin d, etc. The older i get, the harder it seems to get to deal with the mental illness. I've been on so many medications & none of them help. i haven't worked in about 12 years at this point and struggle to even get up or bathe most days. I've heard exercise is good for depression & losing weight would definitely help my mental and physical health but i find it difficult to go alone. I would be interested in finding a couple local people who have a similar backgrounds and are also struggling with motivation to do pretty much anything but especially exercise like me to work out/ walk together, etc.

I'm in Northern Kentucky. I know exactly how you feel. And all of it makes me feel so useless and worthless which just makes the depression even worse.
