I feel you! I get such bad anxiety starting a new job and I will definitely quit if it's any sign of being difficult. Hang in there!

Hi Tori, I'm Kat 🐱 I had to quit a job over anxiety and panic attacks. I had worked there for 8 years and then it randomly got so bad that it caused me to have a constant panic attack and vertigo. It sucks 😞 I hope it passes for you and you can become more comfortable!

anxiety causes me to get so behind in my college classes. hoping it passes for us both! thoughts are just thoughts, watch them pass but remember they do not control you.

Life really is a struggle. It's hard to get anywhere when you live in a place that doesn't value the importance of health physical or mental and doesn't care about you if your poor. So many of us would be struggling less if we could grt the proper care we need.... I have found comfort using this app to talk with people who understand and vent when it is needed

I just had to take a break from university due to mine. I was a full time student but due to lack of therapy(I JUST got a therapist after being waitlisted for 1 1/2 years) my mental and physical health crumbled. You are not alone, please feel free to dm me 🙏

Oh this happened to me a few years ago. My mood disorder was out of control and I was having panic attacks constantly in relation to work. I ended up quitting, taking the holidays off and then started applying again. I had to do a lot of self reflection to figure out what jobs I could and couldn't apply for. I've been working at my dream job for 3 years. There is hope!

Hi tori! I’m Riley! I’m exactly in the same boat. I worked at Starbucks and had to quit because of mental health. I was really bummed about it because I really liked that job. I am going to school rn but struggling to figure out what I want to do with my life because everything is catered around my mental health. It’s hard to find motivation to do anything when you feel like you can’t do anything. I’m working hard to better myself and find things I like to do and that in itself has been so difficult. We are in this together and I know we can work through this. I am always here to talk!

What was your job?? Easy is relative. Nothing is easy when you are dealing with trying to function with mental illness
